At My KidZone, your child’s safety is our top priority. We use secure entry systems to control access to the building, and all visitors must be signed in and escorted at all times. Only authorized parents and guardians are allowed to pick up children, and photo identification is always required. 

We maintain strict cleaning and sanitizing routines throughout the day to keep classrooms, toys, and common areas safe and germ-free. For infants, we follow all safe sleep practices, including no loose blankets and placing babies on their backs to sleep. We also have clear illness policies to prevent the spread of germs, ensuring children return only when they are symptom-free. 

Yes—all of our staff are CPR and First Aid certified and receive ongoing training in child development and emergency preparedness. We practice safety drills regularly so teachers and children know what to do in case of an emergency. Our goal is to ensure staff are always confident and ready to respond quickly if needed. 

We maintain low teacher-to-child ratios to give children the attention and care they deserve. Teachers use proactive guidance strategies, such as redirection, positive reinforcement, and structured routines, to create safe and supportive classrooms. This ensures children are supervised closely, encouraged positively, and kept safe while exploring and learning.
